Cocoon Luxury Villas

Anna is very kind and gave us a great reception. The villa was beautiful with an amazing pool. The staff cleaned the house every day. I highly recommend this villa!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts zu beanstanden. Die Unterkunft liegt weiter oben, ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

We hadden huis nr 4 en deze had een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Het zwembad was koud maar wel lekker verfrissend op de warme dagen. De schoonmaakster komt elke dag om het huis weer netje te maken en om de handdoeken te verschonen.

Er zijn nog wel wat dingen die beter kunnen. Zo was het flessenrekje van de koelkastdeur afgebroken en kraakte het bed op de grote slaapkamer, en dit was erg vervelend als je 's nachts veel moet draaien.

The villa itself was stunning, spacious, modern and well maintained. The cleaners came in every day. It was a villa that normally you would be able to relax in as the views of the mountains were lovely, it was quiet and also from the balcony I watched lovely sunsets. The pool was our favourite feature and the children loved it.

The host was abrupt, rude and seemed to be just out to making more money from the extra guests. I offered to pay, but not at 900+ euros extra which she wanted to additionally charge. In the end we had to separate and 3 of the family went to another hotel and questions were asked with them visiting. I was also accused of lying about their arrival time. It meant that I was constantly worried about if she would visit demanding more money and couldn't relax as much as I could have done if she had been more understanding and flexible.
