About this apartment rental
Apartment on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1wc in each bathroom), kitchen (dishwasher washing machine), large living room, large terrace overlooking the pool, garden, private parking closed under ground. The sandy beach "Las Marinas" is 200 meters, all shops and restaurants between 200 and 800 meters. The car is not necessary. The city center of Denia is 3 km away, there is a bus every 20 minutes in summer. You will spend a dream holiday between sea and mountains.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this apartment. It’s in a nice quiet area, a good half hour walk into Denia city but with plenty of facilities nearby. Loved the large terrace with the added bonus of sun all day. Will be booking to come again next year.

The location was quiet and pleasant. Inside parking. Not too far from Denia city.Although the airco was not functioning Isabelle and Lucio have provided sufficient heatin equipment.Would suggest to arrange sufficient blankets for winter holidays.

Pagas 50 € para que esté todo limpio y cuando llegamos estaba todo sucísimo, nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar todo, el horno da asco, las hamacas de la terraza llenas de pelos de haber estado mascotas, una de las duchas rotas la persiana de uno de los cuartos no subía, el menaje de la cocina deja mucho que desear poco y malo nos devolvieron el dinero de la limpieza pero no se trata de eso. Pienso que ahora más que nunca tiene que estar todo desinfectado y limpio, por si alguien me dice que lo que estoy hablando no es así tengo fotos de todo.
Es una pena porque el apartamento está muy bien pero le falta una puesta a punto y renovar algunas cosas, pero sobre todo que esté limpio
