About this villa rental
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- guarantee 600 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 100 kwh/ week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November till March the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed fully per consumption. The offered rental price in this time is only for 2 - 4 people (with 2 bed-rooms).
The Space:
Spacious villa with private pool and stunning sea views. The house is located next to the golf court in a very quiet residential area
The following rooms are available for the tenants:
Ground floor: large modern kitchen (with TV and dishwasher) and exit directly to the pool terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom;
Upper floor: dayroom with exit to the balcony, 1 living-dining room (with air-condition), 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (three of them with air conditioning).
The equipment is very good, comfortable and modern with large windows to enjoy the great sea view.
There is a large pool terrace with a brick barbecue. Next to the barbecue is in the garage an outside toilette and there is a second big fridge and a second dishwasher for the tenants available.
Car parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property.
Internet via Wifi available. Television per netflix and smart-tv. There are about 8 sun-beds available for the tenants.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
The entrance to the golf court is about 1 km, Restaurants about 1 km, Supermarket about 2 km, Sandy-beach about 4 km.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
Dog keeping not allowed (but a very small dog is possible on request).

Une bonne maison.
Mais pas très bien aménager . (Cuisine avec accès à la piscine ) mais pas possible de manger la journée trop de soleil.
Lave linge
Lave vaisselle dans le garage au lieu de l'avoir dans la cuisine.
Télé ne fonctionne pas.
Douche extérieur ne fonctionne pas.
Douche à l'italienne au rez-Chaussée de fonctionne pas.
Piscine parfaite et propre .

La villa est magnifique il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour passer de magnifiques vacances
Très bien situé, attention à la piscine car dangereux pour les enfants ( il aurait fallu y installer un volet roulant ou une alarme nous sommes resté très vigilants)
Pour trouver l'adresse passer par le lien du site abritel sinon maps donne career de madrid et non avenida ce n'est pas le même endroit
Allez y les yeux fermés je suis très pointilleuse et fraîchement la villa est au top, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement tout est au top
$$$$
