About this villa rental

Villa with private pool on a plot of approximately 850m² with sea views from Cabo de la Nao to Punta de Moraira.

Private garage within the plot. Pool 4.5x9m with large south-facing sun terrace. The villa has 2 covered terraces (front and back), living room with TV (43 inch, antenna, satellite + smart TV apps) and air conditioning, kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in and around the house. There are 3 bedrooms with separate air conditioning: 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which has a toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Rental prices are per week excluding linens, cleaning costs (€135), and electricity usage (€0.35 / kWh).
It is possible to order a linen package consisting of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel, 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase, and a change of sheets and pillowcase after the first week.
This is arranged through a local agent who lives 100m from the villa.

No central heating: Electric built-in fireplace and air conditioning heating in the living room.
Air conditioning heating in bedrooms. Electric radiator in bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay! I’m already missing the fabulous views! The air con was much needed as it was really warm. The Villa had all the things we needed and the kids - especially my daughter 6 - loved the pool. Having the little supermarket so close was sooo handy - I recommend the cheese and ham croissants. Only negative is we found out on check out that there were things for the pool/beach in the garage that we could have no doubt used and not purchased - but hopefully our purchased items are a welcome addition to these :) We will definitely consider coming back in the future - thank you!

This property was everything we needed, spacious, clean, pool was amazing, local agent very very helpful. Lovely location, so easy to get everywhere witha car. Would definitely stay here again.

Saubere Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick. Trotz vergleichsweise durchwachsenes Wetter, konnten wir den Pool im April nutzen.
