Bien situado y comunicado. Desde una zona humilde enseguida llegas al centro de Madrid. Muy buen alojamiento para dormir, ducharte y comer y pasar el resto del día por la ciudad
Los somieres de los colchones eran frágiles. La ducha no tenia mampara y el suelo del baño se mojaba.

Esta muuuuuuy limpió. El chico es muy amable hemos llegado tarde sobre las 00:00 de la noche. E hemos encontrado el chico esperando con la llaves 🔑 .
Tenemos toallas limpiós sábanas limpias todo está como nuevo mi gusta e vuelvo a la misma en semana santa...

La estancia muy bien tanto el anfitrión que nos recibió en persona para enseñarnos el piso y nos explicó tmb dónde encontrar supermercados,parques,pistas de fútbol ect. El piso muy acogedor y sobre todo la ducha el agua muy muy caliente que se agradece mucho cuando vienes de la calle con el frío que hace jajaj. Por lo general todo 100% perfecto volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias

The owner is very nice and kind. The property is well equipped and the location is quiet over night.
The cleaning lady is a total waste of money. There are many small things that are broken and should be replaced. The living rooms couch is gross. Also is the bathroom and everywhere in the house we found a lot of hair and dust. Dirty utilities and oily plates. The property is not well maintained…there is no heating, only AC, and over the night it can be cold because the AC air does not get inside the rooms, only covers the living room and dining area.
