Very kind staff, exceptional service, and the key pickup was really easy!

As you easily and naturally find the guesthouse, and you meet very kind staff who lead you directly to your apartment, then you understand how easy it is to find it! Especially when it totally equipped with pots, glasses and silverware.

1. The stairs leading to the guesthouse are squeaky and slant forward. 2. there is no freezer and no spices. 3. The apartment is very hot, and you can't open the windows without breathing in smoke from people smoking outside, so you have to use the noisy fans. 4. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are located on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second floor. To reach them, you have to climb very steep, ladder-like stairs. 5. The ceiling in the bedrooms is diagonal which prevents you to stand straight in the part of the room where the ceiling is too low. 6. Lastly, the toilets have two windows that cannot be opened, as they directly overlook the living room of y neighboring building.

Stay here!

We loved this place so much. Stunning apartment, well presented and equipped - a great mix of history and modern.. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the fans provided cool air in this hot weather. The area is beautiful and it was the perfect place to stay to visit Europa park. Just a shame we couldn't stay longer. .

For short stay very convenient

The property has a great location. We only travel to Germany to visit the Europa Park. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the park,which was perfect. Keep in mind that we didn't have a car so we need to use a taxi which was expensive so make sure if you're coming here to have your own car. The apartment is huge and we are a family of six , we stayed at the second floor so it was very quiet also, there is no elevator so make sure you don't come with heavy luggage. We didn't use any of the utilities so I can't decide if they are useful. The Wi-Fi was very good and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The weather was cold so we didn't use the AC and we didn't need it, all in all its value it was extremely good and I will recommend it for short visits only. also a helpful note. There is a store next to you with a very nice lady. It was also helpful to get some clothes since the weather gets cold and there is a pharmacy in the opposite direction and two good restaurants. Also, Supermarket is 15 minute walk from there.

Great location for Europa Park, clean, comfortable apartment, very helpful staff. The beds were extra comfy! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it for families!

The rooms were very basic, in summer it is too hot, they do have fans but for that price I was expecting an airconditioned apartment. Not valid for the price you're paying.

The appartment is located very close to the town centre and has all the necessary aminities to accomodate 4 to 6 persons. We had an overnight stay in the appartment and had a late check in. But it was hassle free as the host had provided detailed infos on where to find the keys and way to the appartment.

No free parking provided by the appartment. However, it wasn't much of a problem as streetside parking is free in the night.

third floor with 2 children, no lift. Not enough parking place near hotel, and complicated to find in town. In the evening no hot water, maximum 30-32 degrees. A lot small damage in apartment. 250evro per night (3 adults, 1 children, 1 baby) - it’s too much for this hotel.

Quiet and comfortable. Light and cozy decor. Nice location in the centre of a quiet town. 2 bikes which you can use. Free parking nearby. Comfortable beds.

The fan in the shower runs continuously and had an annoying rattling sound. The dishwasher is also not running perfectly, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned out? Otherwise it was a nice apartment and we had a pleasant stay.
