Location and space
Lack of coat hook on shower room door.
Cutlery was awful and towels had a musty smell particularly the hand towels provided in the an suite bathroom.

The setting was beautiful, and the accommodation was well equipped and they allow dogs.
The accommodation was tried and smelly. The beds where uncomfortable and the bedding didn’t appear to be freshly cleaned. There was only sofa space for 4 people and we where a family of 5.
We woke on the first morning to no hot water and communication was poor. I’d previously emailed the owners of the property and had no response.
