Visting Tenerife in January, we had a great stay in the house. The patio offered stunning views over the La Orotava valley and also the Teide. The outside whirlpool was great. All in all the accommodation was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot. Julio was a perfect host and provided with a lot of recommendations for hikes and beaches. A lot of hikes were close by. Also, we were able to visit a lot of attractions in the north, west and east of the island from this starting point.

Spending a week in Julios property in Oratava was exactly what we were looking for. Julio went above and beyond at every step to make sure that we were situated in the house, well informed on local spots, and cared for during our stay. The house itself is a beautifully decorated, and nicely updated, cabin that has an unforgettable view of the valley. For us, it served as the perfect base-camp from which to explore all that the island had to offer in its national parks and recreation areas. After long days of hiking it was nice to come back to the rental and feel at home. Thank you, Julio, and we look forward to booking another trip in the future!
