About this house rental
La Orotava: Beautiful, rustic house "Camino La Candelaria". Outside the resort, on a slope, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, poolhouse with fridge, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: WiFi. Parking on the premises. Grocery 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 50 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sun terrace 20 m2. Outdoor kitchen with 4 hobs. The property has a panoramic view of the Teide and solar energy. In this property it is possible to hire in advance wedding planner service, communions, birthdays and events in general (everything is extra and on request).

Terrace 50 m2, garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine (extra), iron, children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). (+) sehr freundlich, sauber, ruhig, schönen Blick. (-) Schwache Internetverbindung, alte Küchengeräte, unbequeme Betten.

Verblijf in de nevenwoning (apart van hoofdwoning met verbindingspad) met 2 personen. Privé, mooi uitzicht, binnenkeuken (keukengerei net voldoende voor 4 pers), buitenkeuken, 2 slaapkamers, 1 met 2-persoonsbed en TV (sat) en ladekast, 1 met 2 losse bedden en hangkast. Patio + afdak, buitenterras, dakterras en badkamer met douche. Alles is authentiek, bouw, inrichting. Geen moderne afwerking, wel schoon en werkend. Door ligging wat vochtiger, gewoon goed luchten. Vlakbij TF21, in de nacht stil.

Los jardines eran estupendos, los gatos eran muy mimosos con mis hijos. Nos hubiera gustado que no nos cobraran por la lavadora 5€, cuándo viajas con niños tienes que hacer lavadoras y se agradecería no tenerlas que pagar y además tener que comprar detergente. En la cocina harían falta más utensilios, y el el lavabo jabón y rollo de papel extra. También se agradecería que en la web ponga antes de hacer reserva,que para acceder al lavabo y cocina hay que salir al porcho. Ubicación buena.
