Welcome to Our Home! We are delighted to welcome you to a cozy, fully renovated, and bright apartment right in the heart of La Villa de la Orotava, in Tenerife. This heritage-protected building dates back to 1950 and also houses the auditorium at the rear. It’s located in the historic district, right in the heart of the town. There’s easy access to public and private parking, a supermarket, and a well-known area with bars and tapas restaurants. Ideal for young people and families who want to stay in a central, lively area. The apartment is very bright, with 100% natural light, featuring two spacious bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed for two people. Dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary capsules; also includes a toaster, juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Full bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and a living room with a guest toilet, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with internet connection. Parties and pets are not allowed. It’s a first-floor apartment without an elevator in a historic building. Right below, you’ll find a wonderful spot called “El Gomero,” run by Estrella, with fantastic service. You’ll love it!

The town of La Orotava, located in northern Tenerife, has become a major cultural and economic hub. It is home to Mount Teide (Spain’s highest peak at 3,718 m) and is one of the largest municipalities in the Canary Islands by area. The area around the building is known for being the hub of tapas bars, museums, and visitor centers. The historic district is bustling and full of life, featuring shopping areas, plazas, and beautiful gardens. As a major municipality, La Orotava offers all public transportation services just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand right outside the door, and public and private parking is available in the area adjacent to the building.
