A perfect place to relax and recuperate.
Ivan is such a nice guy, he made us feel at home and helped us with local recommendations and getting around.
The road up and down the hill isn’t easy. But this what makes it quiet and isolated.

Brilliant villa half way between Tivat and Budva (about 20min to each). Everything you could need (pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen with grill, well stocked kitchen, ...) and views to die for. Quiet location and away from all the neighbors (nobody in eyesight so one can be naked by the pool etc). Absolutely delightful hosts.

What an amazing place!!!
The view is the best thing about the property - watching the sunsets over the mountains and the bay were some of the highlights of our trip. The pool is great, all the facilities are great, has all the equipment needed with linen, kitchen equipment and basics.
It's a nice secluded property, easy to get into Tivat/Kotor/Budva. Really modern, clean, comfortable and spacious.
Ivan and Tijana were great hosts. Communication via Bookings.com and WhatsApp was quick and easy. Ivan met us and drove us to the property, so that we could easily find it. They gave us loads of recommendations for the area - restaurants, beaches, everything. We even had breakfast with them on our last day, which was really special.
Could not recommend this place more - was awesome!!!
We didn't stay long enough. A week wasn't enough!!

As two elderly couples we were looking for a house in an peaceful enviroment and not in the crowd of Tourist Hotels. The Holiday Home Magnolia were perfect for us with Pool, Sauna, BBQ, terrace with View to Kotor Bay and everything to sit comfortable at nighttime with an selfmade meal and local wines near the chimney. You can reach all interesting cultural destinations within Montenegro from the property easely. Tijana and Ivan were lovely hosts welcoming us warmly and ready to help in any case. Thank you for your hospitality. We will remember our pleasent time.
