Przestronny dom ze wszystkim niezbędnym do wypoczynku na dłuższy okres. Dwa duże tarasy na parterze oraz trzy balkony na piętrze, z których roztacza się wspaniały widok na morze i góry. Cisza i spokój na około - słychać tylko szum fal i śpiewanie cykad. Parking pod domem. Pomocne właściciele, które zawsze były na związku kiedy czegoś potrzebowalibyśmy. Bardzo blisko do morza - plaża pusta, chociaż byliśmy w sezonie, pełno miejsc, bardziej dzika, dla miejscowych, kamienista, ale jest parę miejsc, gdzie można wejść łagodniej ale i tak lepiej mieć buty do pływania. Raczej nie jest to plaża dla dzieci, morze dość głębokie i nierówna nawerżchnia gdzie po kroku można już stracić ziemię pod nogami. Jeżeli ktoś szuka zorganizowanej plaży z leżaczkami i serwisem, to lepiej jechać do pobliskiej Eretrii - samochodem 10 minut albo pieszo z 20 minut do plaży Amarynthos, która się znajduje w centrum miasta za promenadą, na której jest pełno restauracji, barów i kawiareń. Również w okolice i na wyspie pełno plaż i można, tak naprawdę, codziennie odpoczywać na nowej, ale najlepiej mieć samochód, bo bez będzie ciężko gdziekolwiek się wybrać poza miastem chyba że taksówką. W piątki w mieście odbywa się targ rolniczy gdzie można kupić świeże owoce, warzywa, miód, ryby, oliwę itp. W samym miasteczku jest parę ciekawych miejsc do odwiedzenia- muzeum folklorne, płac z pomnikiem, dom z skulpturami, kościoły prawosławne.
Minusem dla mnie było tylko - brak zmywarki I ręcznie sterowana brama. Ale nie był to jakiś minus który mógłby wpłynąć na ogólne wrażenie czy popsuć wypoczynek.

Very nice and well equipped house, with many terraces, air conditioning in every room, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, large kitchen
For the price paid, regular cleaning is not ensured, during the stay no one came to change the linen, to clean, to take away the garbage. The garden is spacious but unfortunately unkempt, the beach in front of the salon is terrible, you can't sunbathe there. It is full of stones both in the water and on the shore and is very narrow.

The View on the balcony is extremely nice as you have a view right onto the sea and the beach is only about 1 min away. The house itself is huge and has air conditioning in every room which is really nice and in addition it has tons of balconys to sit on but the best one is of course the One with sea view. The Key delivery and the Check-in was done by the Neighbour next door and it was really fast and uncomplicated also she is very courteous and nice. Furthermore there are Restaurants you can reach on foot about 5-10 min away. All in all we had a blast in this establishment and it´s really worth visiting for this price.
The only downside is, that the beach infront of the house isn´t easy to get into as it has loads of rocks and algae but there is the Amarynthos Beach nearby just about 5 min away so that´s just a small downside.
