the most disgusting stay ever

very little could be said here

- the bathroom was worn out. There was mold around the tiles and the bath tub was dirty - the furniture in the entire apartment was old and in a very bad state - the washing machine was super filthy and smelly so we could not use it - the towels were worn out and not washed properly and therefore they smelled of body odor - the couch was probably from the streets - bad smell in both bathrooms - an absolute pain to have a shower, due to how the boiler worked - the fridge was old, dirty and we could also not make use of it - one of the beds had a super uncomfortable mattress - very narrow street to enter by car with - to sum it up: we left after 1 night even though we booked for 2 nights. We just couldn’t stand it. Please check the attached photos

Good location for exploring Chalkida.

Friendly host and good location close to bars, restaurants and beaches. The apartment is as per the pictures, it is spacious and has very good air conditioning in the main room and bedrooms. It is located on the 3rd floor but there is a lift available. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water. The second bathroom had a small toilet and a washing machine. There is no parking, but plenty of nearby street parking that is free, we were parked one street away, a 2 minute walk from the building.

Great location. Nice apartment. Well equiped. Very clean. Cheerful place. I liked that there are mamy windows and a lot of light and air. The owner was Very responsive. Gave us good recomendation for local restauants.

The bed was too hard. I didnt sleep well. There is no parking.

Excellent apartment in the city center. Spacious, clean, very well equipped and with AC in every room. Spiros was a great host and gave us a lot of useful information about the city.

Rundum gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung – ideal für Familien

Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm: In allen Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohn- und Küchenbereich gibt es Klimaanlagen, sodass man es auch an heißen Tagen komfortabel hat. Beide Schlafzimmer sind hell, mit viel Stauraum (große Einbauschränke), bequemen Betten und eines davon mit eigenem Fernseher ausgestattet. Ideal auch für längere Aufenthalte. Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer großen Sofalandschaft und Smart-TV. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet: neben Wasserkocher und Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es auch eine Nespressomaschine (inklusive einiger Kapseln), Tee, eine Mikrowelle und alles Nötige zum Kochen. Eine Waschmaschine samt Waschmittel, Weichspüler sowie Wäscheleinen und Klammern am großen Balkon machen die Ausstattung komplett. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls großzügig, verfügt über eine Badewanne und bietet Hand-, Bade- und sogar Strandtücher. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Positiv sind auch kleine Extras wie Bücher, Spiele und ein Feuerlöscher für zusätzliche Sicherheit. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es keine proaktive Nachfrage nach frischen Handtüchern o. Ä., allerdings wurde auf Rückfragen immer schnell geantwortet. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr komfortables, helles und praktisches Apartment mit guter Ausstattung, bestens geeignet für kurze wie auch längere Aufenthalte.

Einen freien Meerblick gibt es nicht, da andere Gebäude die Sicht verdecken,vom Wohnzimmer aus, durch die beiden Fenster ganz links, kann man das Meer aber zwischen den Häusern durchschimmern sehen. (Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock direkt gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl.)

Να υπήρχε κάποιο μέρος για παρκάρισμα. Ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε λίγο για το παρκάρισμα.
