Modern spacious villa with stunning sea views, private pool, two large terraces on different levels. 15 minutes walk to the gorgeous nearby beach of Cala Canyelles.
With modern decor and high-end finishes, the villa provides amazing sea views from each of its 3 floors as it spills down the beautiful hill in one of the most scenic area in Costa Brava.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, wifi, satellite TV and much more. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Private parking on premises for 2 car is included with more parking possible on the street.
• You will enter the villa at the upper floor where you will be stunned by the sea view from a huge terrace. There is an entrance hall with pullout double sofa and a bedroom with a double bed and and a private toilet.
• Middle floor: 3 bedrooms with sea view. Master bedroom a queen size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and private balcony, a corner bedroom with queen size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a large fully equipped bathroom.
• Ground floor: large living room and dining area with panoramic views of the sea and fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with a pull-out queen-sized bed and a toddler bed, full bathroom and laundry room. A walkout to the pool and garden. There is an outside dining table for 10 people with a large umbrella and lounge furnished area with a gazebo. A gas barbecue is provided.

The area has wounderfull small beaches with good restaurents. The house is close to the main road, but the garden is placed much lower and we were therefore not disturbed by noice.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour seul bémol il n’y a pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre du haut et le matelas est de très mauvaise qualité . Il manque de plat pour le four et de matériel culinaire. Les oreillers sont d’une mauvaise qualité ainsi que le linge de lit.
La literie est à changer.
L’extérieur de la villa est très agréable ainsi que la pièce à vivre.
