About this villa rental
Mediterranean style villa surrounded by old pine trees. Located in a private urbanization within walking distance to the beach, private pool, sea views, large terrace. In urbanization there are security, supermarket, tennis courts, a beach cafe and a restaurant directly on the beach with live music (beach-club) . Urbanization refers to a conservation area due to the rare species of pine trees and plants. On a private sandy beach 500 meters long can be accessed only by residents of urbanization.Villa located in the central part of a huge gorge, it has a classic V-shaped sea, surrounded on three sides by the road, which gives the villa a good privacy. Located on a street with very minimal movement. Constant breeze from the sea makes it possible not to use air conditioning even in August. Virtually none of them and did not use due to the unique climate conditions. Summer temperatures below 5-7 degrees than 10 km from the sea, and vice versa in the winter warmer by 4-6 degrees.
The house has 5 bedrooms, designed for comfortable accommodation 9-10 people. 3 large double beds, 2 single beds, one bunk bed and a chair-bed.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven.
In the living room LED SMART TV+ Netflix .
High speed internet with unlimited access.
The bus to Tossa de Mar- 3km, to Lloret de Mar- 7 km.
From Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar run express trains to Barcelona and Girona.
The nearest airport of Girona is situated just 30 min by car
It is possible to rent good bicycle for roads or MTB.

No youngsters, pets only by confirmation.

What an astonishing village!...It had everything!...I don't even know what to begin with...perfect for families, for couples, for friends, it's perfect in any way and what made it all even better was how attentive Alexander was. He met every need we had, he was nice and courteous even when we made it a bit difficult (we traveled with 6 kids and they caused a bit of havoc).The house was very nice but the view was absolutely incredible,...right out of a post card or a movie. Waking up and having breakfast looking at the sea from a dead center position in the valley was an experience out of this world.We want to thank Alexander for making this vacation one to remember forever.

A large, usable terrace with a wonderful sea view is the highlight of the house. The beach(s) within walking distance are beautiful, consist of coarse beach and partly stones, well visited, but not too crowded, unfortunately the sea is sometimes dirty. For more sensitive natures, we recommend bathing shoes for the sea as well as mosquito repellent for staying outdoors. The pool is a salt water pool. The property as a whole could do with some modernization. The style and furnishings are old school. The dishwasher is small (approx. 50% volume compared to standard), the oven is a standalone mini oven. The barbecue on the terrace was usable, although the coal holder was already damaged. Unfortunately, some of the outdoor units of the air conditioners (single units only in bedrooms) are mounted directly next to bedrooms, so these rooms are not so usable for noise-sensitive people. Alex was a friendly and helpful host. We (2 families with a total of 4 children between 7 and 18) had a great vacation overall.

I would recommend this location to anyone, truly exceptional!
My husband and x2 children (ages 1 and 3) stayed at the Villa D'Arte for 3 weeks with various family members joining for shorter spurts. This location is incredible and great for kids of any age!
PROS: Near perfect
Every amenity needed (linens, beach towels, detergent, kitchenware); Alex is responsive but not intrusive; very secure (guard at entrance, beautiful iron on every door/window); private (not many neighbors/lines of sight); the grounds are immaculate; quiet beach with cafe within walking distance; the artwork is wonderful and commissioned for this location.
CONS: Minimal :)
No laundry basket; a few less-than-ideal access points for kids (we brought a portable mesh gate and tied to stairs, used the lawn chairs to create barrier to the pool); one issue with the AC that was addressed immediately; some of the fixtures are of lower quality.
In summary, this is truly a wonderful place to spend a vacation in Costa Brava and we can only hope to return one day!
