Camping Sènia Cala Canyelles

Amazing location situated on a hill having a view of the sea from a high point. Has a terrace with a barbecue and we really enjoyed that. We had a bottle of wine on welcome and a beach bag. Thanks to Claudia from reception who helped us with everything.

Nice large bungalow, with large but also safe balcony, from which a nice view. Pool was OK, but with focus on mainly smaller children and a bit small, certainly for high season Shop was OK Reception staffed with personal that was pro-active. And had a quite responsive app for remarks. Measured from the reception the sea was very nearby, the nice beach of Canyelles

It was all quite steep. Nearly too steep to walk. And the little transport train only started late in the morning. The information about this steepness was a bit hidden in the booking.com reservation. No parking of car direct opposite bungalow, but 50 m away on parking place There were in the night wild pigs somehow coming on the camping site. They tore the garbage bags apart that were not stored properly.

We enjoyed our family villa. We are a family of 7 so the villa was a good size for our family. The staff was very helpful and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. Really great for family as they have things to do with the kids every night. My kids really enjoyed the Dinosaur treasure hunt.

I liked the view and the privacy of the bungalow.

I highly disliked the fact of charging extra for wifi (17€ for a week for only one device). This isn't mentioned anywhere in the information provided and I needed internet to work. The advertised 'guagua' wasn't working either, so trips down to reception or the beach were arduous. This camping is on a very steep hill, not adapted for older people or people with limited mobility. This should be specified.
