Location was good for the excursion planned.
I was under the impression we had a hot tub, in fact it was the main reason for booking the property. This left two very disappointed children and an equally disappointed girlfriend. The pictures showed one and I specifically searched for one. I could have easily got somewhere much cheaper if I had known. Also 7/10 days to get a security deposit back! What is that all about? Luckily I am not in a position where I need it straight away, but I can imagine that is frustrating for some.
