Everything great. Rosetta is very helpfull. The only point is that La Ciaccia is a quite windy area, maybe it is specific to july. Great restaurant and supermarket near.

There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend it to future guests!

We stayed in the house 3 families of friends. House is very comfortable, it has all required for a big company. A sand beach is in 10 minutes walk. The supermarket is in 5 min walk. Everything is very relaxing and convenient.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus, leider ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und momentan streiten wir noch mit dem Vermieter über die Höhe der Entschädigung für einige erhebliche Mängel!
Zehn Tage kein WLAN, der Pool wurde nach fünf Tagen das erste Mal wieder gereinigt (allerdings auch erst nachdem wir darum gebeten haben - Wasser schon trüb und Algen in den Ecken), von den Deckenventilatoren funktioniert einer (!!) und die Ersatzventilatoren sind sehr laut so dass man sie Nachts nicht nutzen kann, Spülmaschine bricht demnächst auseinander, das Schlafsofa im Poolhaus musste ersetzt werden und auch sonst stimmt leider nicht alles aus der Beschreibung mit der Wirklichkeit überein...
Positiv ist das ausreichend Geschirr und Kühlschranke vorhanden sind sowie auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Eisdiele, Supermarkt und Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden das Haus aber nie wieder buchen!! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis steht leider in keiner Relation!
