Bungalow Summerside is a 3 bedroom bungalow providing a charming retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The bungalow has its own private 8x4 swimming pool and for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The bungalow lies in the privacy of a large covered garden characterized by an attractive combination of gardens and forest, with an abundance of trees, flowers and native plants.
Summerside is 15 mins walk away to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. It is also 17 mins walk away to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) and Coral Bay. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays.
An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 15 mins walk from the bungalow. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x1.85) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by an umbrella covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan dining set. The property also boasts a games room that comes equipped with a pool table.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather white sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace and pool whilst the second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving both rooms.

The villa was in a great location for Coral Bay, it is near a main road so there was quite a bit of road noise but we expected this. The outside space is what makes this villa, the pool was a great size but the sunbed cushions could do with replacing. The games room was a nice addition with the pool table and darts board. It would have been nice to have a bit more of a welcome pack on arrival as we've had this previously, but there were a couple bottles of water in the fridge. Overall a pleasant stay!

Villa Summerside is a great place to stay.
Our family loved this villa you don’t need a car as all amenities are just a short walk away local fruit shop, supermarket (if you do walk they bring you back to the villa with your shopping), local restaurants, there are also amazing restaurants located along the way to Sea Caves these are highly recommended.
The beach is approximately 20 minutes stroll in the heat or a couple of minutes drive. We did have a car as we like exploring!
You are located on a road but set back we didn’t find this any issue at all. The pool was amazing and very clean!
We would highly recommend this villa to families alike or couples you will find this place an enjoyable stay! Thank you Ezoria we look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Lovely villa, could do with a little bit of TLC, only real complaint was that the pool cues were not usable as had no tips on, I had queried this before booking and was told everything was in working order, disappointed that it was not. Otherwise we’ve had a great holiday here.

We enjoyed our stay in summerside villa. Kids enjoyed having pool table/darts and pool was lovely.
Although situated in a good location for supermarket and coral bay, the main road was quite busy creating noise into the night. Dogs barking at all hours of the night also meant some broken nights of sleep. This can’t be helped but would put us off returning in the future.
The villa would benefit from being updated and given some ‘TLC’. The garden areas could be better utilised creating a designated sunbathing/bbq area. The outdoor sun beds and umbrellas need renewing along with more shade provision on the outdoor dining area.
We are grateful for the excellent communication via the app and the speed of response to assist with a couple of issues that arose (request of bbq tools, extra outside chairs to cater for all guests and a/c leak)
A lovely holiday in a great location on this beautiful island.
