Villa Alysia is a 3 bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The property has its own private 10x5 swimming pool and large landscaped garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The villa is within 15 mins walking distance to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops and 17 mins walking distance to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) and Coral Bay. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays.
An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 15 mins walk from Alysia. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The swimming pool has variable depths being (0.90 x 1.90) and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by a covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable rattan dining set.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds, rattan sofas and a swing setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with a large L-shaped white sofa gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease, boasting large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and access to the veranda with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea, whilst the second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving both.

The villa was lovely, with great facilities and well kitted out. Clean and well looked after. The location is walkable into Coral Bay for shops and restaurants and the villa itself is situated in a quiet cul de sac away from the main road. The outdoor furniture was a little tired and worn, but serviceable. We didn't hear from the hosts during our stay, despite emailing them. I would recommend a stay here if you want sun, sea and Cyprus

Location great for us, walking distance to Coral Bay strip and Philippos Supermarket if you wanted. Clean and spacious. Large pool which was very clean and a nice temperature. Shaded outdoor seating area which was excellent for outdoor dining and got a nice breeze. Property Manager was excellent with prompt response for a small issue whilst there. Comfortable beds and the aircon was very welcome during the heatwave! Nice friendly ginger cat called Tommy.
