About this villa rental
Cassia is a 3 bedroom bungalow providing a charming retreat for a party of 6 or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The bungalow has its own private 10x5 swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The bungalow is 15 mins walk away to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. Cassia is also 17 mins walk away to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) and Coral Bay. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays.
An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 15 mins walk from Cassia. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 1.90) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds, and a swing setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by a covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable dining set.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with a large L-shaped white sofa gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a double size bed. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds each. There is also a dedicated bathroom serving both rooms.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Cassia, great pool and well maintained, was equipped with things needed for a good holiday ie plenty towels and pool towels, plenty loungers for around the pool, table and chairs on patio, good tv channel options although remote could be a pain unless it was pointed directly at the streaming box. Excellent Wi-Fi speed. We did wake one morning to no Wi-Fi and called Dave from Ezoria management team he said he would be there in 2 minutes, but it was literally 30 seconds a he rang the door bell and was on to internet provider after he realised it was not something he could fix himself, he kept us constantly updated throughout the day until it was fixed, he was very friendly and happy to help. The location was just what we were looking for and so peaceful.

Lovely villa with great pool and fantastic sea view.Location couldn’t be better very quiet but within a 15 minute walk of large supermarket and also a 20 minute walk from the beach. All the family had a really enjoyable stay
