Beautiful old building but with modern facilities. Roberto was a wonderful host, it eas a pleasure to meet him. His breakfast was authentically Italian, with local produce, even tomatoes from the terrace garden! The terrace space and his delightful coffee captures Italy in an instant.
The AC was working very hard during the heatwave!

This was a lovely stay - the villa is beautiful, well-located near the train station, and within walking distance of the main attractions in Pisa. The host Roberto was very kind, laying on a lovely breakfast (and a top-class cappuccino!) despite it not being included in our booking. It was good value for money too. We stayed in the large quadruple room, which was perfect as we were travelling with our 6-year-old. Would highly recommend
