It’s central. It has the bare minimum

The whole thing just looks and feels old, staff was neutral but could have been friendlier. The fact that I need to leave the keys at the hotel every time I go out was weird. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, 5min walk from Pisa central. Only 20min walk to leaning tower. Very clean and spacious. Great size rooms. Breakfast was very good lots of choice.

Family-Run

Being a family run, they try their utmost to help you.! The breakfast had various tasy food, the location is very good, right next to the station, the rooms were comfortable and very clean hotel.

It was just what we needed

This hotel is very closed to the train station (5min) which is perfect for going to the airport and visit other cities. Also, close to the main commercial street (15 min) at the other side of the Arlo. The tower is a bit more far away (30 min) but it is still manageable in Italy.

We booked last minute for the same weekend of the city marathon which influenced the price we got. In my opinion, we did not get good value for money in this case but we had no other choice since everything else was booked already.

Disappointing

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely

Hotel is quite rundown, lots of scuffs on the bedroom furniture. The bathroom had quite a bit of mould on the ceiling and on the window dressing. I didn’t like the area it was in, didn’t feel safe as a solo female walking around. Location wise it looked great on paper as only 20 min walk from airport and 30 mins to the leaning tower but this was really the only good thing about it.

A comfortable stay

It was in a good location near the train station and airport. We had days in Lucca and Florence so travel was straightforward. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spacious, as was the bathroom. A good breakfast.

It suited our needs well but wasn’t in the main tourist area of Pisa

Pleasant family run hotel, clean and reasonably priced.

Continental breakfast was good and plenty of variety including pizza!! Location was just on the outside of central but the family hotel was very quiet and pleasant.

Clean and spacious room great location in the city center. Walk to or from the airport.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even loaned me a old-school 120 V converter. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was large. The bed was very, very comfortable. The AC worked nicely. The garden patio is a fine spot to sit and have a drink and relax after walking about the city center. The location is excellent. You can actually walk from the airport in less than 10 minutes and you are close to the main pedestrian Avenue and many of the great sites in the city center.

The staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful, a lot of options. The bed was comfortable, very clean and white sheets. The AC was new and worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is close to the train station and not very far from Pisa Tower.

My main issue was the humidity and the strong smell of mold. We had visible spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling and had to keep the windows open and AC or vent ON, the whole time to have a fresh air. I didn’t tell the staff anything about it, because the same smell was all over the hotel, reception area also. There was nothing they could have done about it. Also some issues with the shower, mold and drainage was difficult. No mosquito nets, but we used the electric blinds to protect us from insects. Long time dust on the curtains. Smart tv but Netflix was not available although the apps were there.

Excellent

This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel. It's small but has a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 20-minute walk from the airport. It's an ideal base for exploring Tuscany by train as the train station is very close by (a 5-minute walk). The staff are very helpful and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Pretty much everything, felt really classy despite being an affordable option. Wish I was staying longer! Staff were lovely and super helpful. Comfortable and well provided for. Nice breakfast.

NIce hotel, convenient for train station ( and local buses).

Very close to the train station. Hotel staff were friendly, clean and large room. Hotel is cosy and felt safe. Got the bus from the train station to the Duomo complex easily. Hotel had a small bar.

I needed gluten free breakfast. It was provided but not much to it. Room was good , bed very comfortable. Nice little hotel bar.

But serious lack of daylight. I find that hard to manage, didn’t want spend any time in the room. Location only five minutes walk from train station. But not much around for food and drink and no shopping unless you take a 30 min walk. Not for je as recovering from illness.

A most unpleasant stay in a hotel with rude staff and no idea of customer service

Not much

The staff all had a superior attitude. No idea about customer service. The hotel was near the station but a bit far from the city . No kettle in the room. I discovered I had been charged double what they were charging on the night . I asked them to include breakfast because of this. They refused. No idea about customer service again. If you wanted a coffee they charged 3 euros .
