The property exceeded expectations. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. My family of 18 booked this place as it was my wedding in the next 2 days, this place was supposed to be a stop for resting. Everyone enjoyed the stay here and the owner and Deepa help were more than welcoming and helped us with everything. Deepa also took care of our breakfast lunch and dinner which was way more tastier and cheaper than outside food. It was a wonderful experience and 10/10 recommended.

Location and facilities, great for group of friends looking to escape from North Goa...quiet and peaceful...easy accessible to nearby beach and restaurants. All in all great stay
Not big deal as such, we stayed in the summer period so requesting the owner to install an AC in the living room area, the bedrooms have AC but would be nice if the living room also had one.

The location is very quiet and pleasant. The surrounding is very good. Perfect place to hide out in the busy life.
The WiFi wasn't working and the basic home facilities were not there. Though Shobha managed the things well it was not good that WiFi is not working, the Cabel connection is not there and even no basic kitchen items.
