This a a very huge property and is well maintained. Really nice Spacious rooms, lookout points, nice pool area and a walkable distance to beach. Children games were the bonus when I arrived at the Villa. Very very nice comfy beds and quick and excellent housekeeping staff. Host Javeed was available 24*7 with his Hospitality, who further helped us in the barbecue night. Also I would like to mention one special housekeeping staff named Veldrima who was outstanding.

The villa is in a gated community so was secure and quiet. It was large and airy and a 12 min slow walk to the beach with restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The villa is in urgent need of an update. It was not very clean and all the appliances and furniture were old and needing replacement except for the washing machine which was new and worked well.
