Good location and maintained well
Rooms very small and particularly the bathroom is tiny

The property is in a secluded area and away from the crowded places of south Goa. Although all good eateries are at a stone’s throw away.
The WiFi was weak and the bed and sheets could have been more clean.

The property has an authentic Goan vibe. Well kept and is at a good location close to multiple beaches. Mr Ruben is an excellent host and made us feel welcome. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend

Not like it was during the time of booking .
No hot water, no coffee and tea bags, AC remote battery was not changed during our 3 day stay.
