    The place is nice and quiet, but a bit isolated/far from the beach. The owner is amazing and the room clean and very big. I recommend it!

    The stay was extremely disappointing. The neighborhood was unhygienic and unpleasant, with a constant foul smell caused by birds and poor overall cleanliness. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the tap leaked throughout the night, disturbing my sleep, and the switchboard was partially open, posing a serious safety risk. The cost was not cheap; I paid ₹6,510 for two nights and expected at least a clean, safe, and comfortable ambience. However, the common passage near the neighboring rooms was dirty and smelled bad, adding further discomfort. Overall, the stay was far below acceptable standards and not pleasant at all. I am genuinely surprised that Agoda approved such a poorly maintained property. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, this experience made my Goa trip very frustrating and left a negative impression.
