The location is great - close to the mall yet very quiet. There is a lot of scope to improve customer experience taking advantage of its location. The staff is very polite.
The property is maintained very badly. The terrace in front was a dump yard, hence, a window towards the same was an eye sore. The room is very moldy & poorly maintained. The floor is peeling off. The toilet floor is just plain cement. Overall the room tariff is not justified. Also, there is no regular housekeeping service- have to ask for it in advance. The breakfast was below standard and often delayed.
