Very clean, comfortable with exceptional service from all staff. They kindly stored our luggage while we went up into the mountains for a few nights. Their breakfast was an extensive, plentiful and tasty buffet, Great location for walking around the town, walking down to the train station, the Mall etc. great view of Kanchenjunga from rooftop terrace.
How water tended to run out but there were 3 of us in the room.

Location excellent - out of the bustle and noise but easy walk to restaurants, station, mall and other landmarks. Very helpful staff - always a dial away from any assistance required. Stayed Kunchenjunga family cottage and was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains at sunrise.
Not enough hot water for 3 people
