Location couldn’t have been better. Bang opposite Glenarys and everything was a short walk away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room service food was also very delicious. The hotel had arranged for our toy train tickets before we arrived, that was nice of them.
Sometimes customers from KFC sit on the staircase which lead to the hotel which is bit of an inconvenience. One more thing is that you won’t find Darjeeling tea in the hotel, which is pretty standard and expected to be available in a hotel in Darjeeling. Fresh bedsheets without stains would also be nice.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was nice and tasty. Very central location
Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, although it's a nice central location it is very loud at night with loud music and a market right out on the street.
