It sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double with a TV and en-suite shower facilities, and a twin. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking four two cars and an enclosed lawned garden. The village of Ashwater offers a lovely local pub and a village shop, whilst close by Roadford Lake provides watersports opportunities and Dartmoor National Park is superb for walking. Sunnymead Cottage is a pet-friendly property, just perfect for a rural holiday with family or friends.
