Es war alles perfekt! Lage und Ausstattung 1A!!! Und sehr freundliche Kommunikation! Danke danke danke!!

Convenient to St Mark’s square, front entrance was always private and tucked away from the high traffic routes.

Not prepared for flooding at entry due to Aqua Alta. Lights were out in main stairwell but we were accommodated with flash lights upon arrival.

Location is great - right in the heart of San Marco square making it easy to walk everywhere. Tucked behind some other buildings means zero view but it was also very quiet. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and lovely to deal with.

The biggest issue is there is no air conditioning in the 2nd room with the 2 single beds so we ended up using the somewhat uncomfortable sofa bed in the living area instead. It was lucky we were only 2 people staying as it was way too hot to have used the room with the singles. The host was most accommodating with providing sheets and can’t fault their assistance. There is also no view from the apartment - you look straight into others homes so we kept the shutters closed for privacy and noise which worked well. If view is what you’re seeking, you would need to pay more $$ or move further out from this centre. The courtyard entry is where they put out their garbage so it’s not a welcoming sight but you can look past that given the location.
