The property was charming with great views to the sea and coast. The room was quite a good size with extra sofa and chair for relaxing . The breakfast was served in the dining room looking out to sea and was a nice set each morning. The staff were very helpful. Parking was close to the front door. The property included a lovely loft bar and pleasant soft jazz music
The only problem was that it was located about a 20 minute drive from the center of Otaru and that there was nowhere to eat in its vicinity. Altogether it is a lovely, quiet small hotel with gorgeous views and friendly staff

Very friendly owners and it is a lovely peaceful location. They are great little apartments. Very clean and have beautiful views back to the Penisula. I was on the top floor and had no noise issues

Breakfast was great. The seaview is simply mesmerizing, you have to see it for yourself. The front staff Shum was really friendly and made sure to accommodate to my requests, and even helped me to get a surprise birthday cake. Excellent service and stay overall.
Do note that climbing up to the attic for the junior suite or twin rooms is using a collapsible ladder. Probably no issue for those used to it, but for people with mobility issues it might be a problem.
