Charming location on the edge of Otaru. Owner very nice and responsive. Apartment is a little dated but clean and has all you need.

友人6人で利用しました！BBQ設備が本格的で、スーパーも近くにあったので食材の買い出しも便利でした。庭も広く、ライトアップされた雰囲気の中でBBQを楽しめて、とても良い思い出になりました。テントには虫除けのファスナーが付いていたので、夜でもゆっくり過ごせたのも良かったです。お部屋もとても綺麗で、6人でも広々と過ごせました。またみんなで利用したいです！

部屋数が多く大勢でも宿泊が可能なところと
BBQ設備がありその際椅子などもレンタル出来るので手ぶらで行けます。
家電も揃っていて材料さえあればすぐに料理が
出来ます。チェックイン後に足りない物があれば
近くにコンビニや大型スーパーもあるので問題ありません。
そして何よりスタッフの方の対応が早く親切です。
プロジェクターがあったのですがテレビがないのであったらいいなと思いました。
今回BBQをしたのですが
雨が降っててBBQスペースまで行くのに濡れてしまいます。
ただ雨降りにBBQをする方はあまりいないと思うので傘やカッパで対応出来ると思います。
BBQの網が付属の網で大きな肉以外は落ちてしまいますので
網目の細かいのを準備されていくと問題ないです。
周りは住宅だらけなのでおおきな声とか騒音は気をつけなければとおもいます。
あと大人数で泊まれますが駐車スペースが1台分しかなく
何台かあると厳しいです。
ちなみに今回はアルファードでしたが入りませんでした。
