Daiwa Roynet Hotel Okinawa-Kenchomae

Nicely located between two monorail stations and close proximity to Kokusai Dori.

There was some missed information on the parking policy on the timing when we need to remove the car from the parking lot. The staff did tried to mitigate but was not able to waive the penalty for “overstay”

The amenities are well equipped and the check-in process was quick and easy. Room wise was comfortable for the stay. The staff allowed us to keep our excess luggages while we travelled out Naha for 3 days

The parking lot entrance and procedure was a little confusing. Also need to be aware that there is 2 buildings Main and Annex.

Located a few minutes walk from Asahibashi station, very easy to get to from the monorail. Also close to the main shopping street Kokusaidori. Room size was good, decent bathroom size and breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. Friendly staff and room cleaning follows SDG principles. Coin laundry had plenty of machines, was well priced including the dryer where they normally try and charge you more.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel provided self-service amenities, which were convenient and easily accessible. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor of a nearby building, making it easy to purchase daily necessities. In addition, the hotel was situated close to several tourist attraction streets, allowing guests to explore the area conveniently on foot.

The car park charging policy was not clearly communicated. If a vehicle was parked overnight and not retrieved before 2:00 PM, an additional 200 yen charge was applied. I was charged for an extra hour during my stay. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the staff were unable to provide any evidence or records to support the additional charge. Furthermore, I was not informed of this parking policy during check-in or when handing over the vehicle. Greater transparency regarding parking charges and policies would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the guest experience.
