    The hotel is centrally located. Close to restaurants ,convenience stores, monorail station and the port. The hotel is clean with rather spacious rooms for Japanese standards. The staff is very friendly.

    国際通りにあり　コンビニもすぐ下にあって便利。チェックインなどのスタッフの対応もさすが日本。スタッフは日本人だけではなかったが、外国人なりに頑張ってる感じだった。非常に微細な所作がやはり日本人は綺麗だ　と感じた。掃除をお願いしなかったら　何かプレゼントがある　とあったが　プレゼントはただの新しいタオルだったようで　え　これ？？と残念に思った。またバスルームの床に髪の毛がたくさん落ちてたので　掃除をお願いして出かけた。帰ってきて　綺麗になってるか　と思いきや　髪の毛がただ溝のようなところに入れられていただけで(写真添付したので見てください)　これが掃除？？　とガッカリした。髪の毛は綺麗にとって掃除して欲しい。最近　日本行くたびに思うのですが、どこのホテルも掃除が行き届いていないようですね。もう日本のホテルも落ちたもんだな　と思いました。以前は　もっとどこのホテルでも綺麗にされてたように思いますが　今はガッカリです。もう少し行き届いた掃除　お願いしたいです。

    Very nice, outstanding staff but the hotel isn't very clean. Old hotel with stained floor. Right on the busy shopping street.
