Villa Ideal

This is a real gem just 15 minutes walk from central Soller. It is a haven of peace and quiet and the views are amazing. The private pool is such a bonus. The host Perico and his family were so helpful.

Beautiful well equipped villa with fantastic views across the valley, great for bird watching. Saw an eagle and a red kite hunting in the valley. Great location for hikers, routes on doorstep. Easy walk into Soller to get buses. Host was attentive and sorted any issue immediately. Highly recommend.

Only drawback for us was, as my sister could not do the walk to Soller, we needed taxis and that proved to be very difficult.

Great location and Perico was great and very responsive

The pool and patio area was very tired. The ground was quite uneven and not safe for a small child. No umbrellas for around the pool area so couldn't really sit round the pool.

The house is perfect for a couple with children. Everything was clean, the location is good, away from the hustle and bustle, the center of Soller which is a very beautiful town is a 15-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket a 10-minute walk away. The surroundings of the house and the views are absolutely spectacular, and it has a large, completely private swimming pool. Two bathrooms without luxuries but practical, which basically sums up the whole house. It has air conditioning that works very well, too.

To get to the beaches, it is always at least a 45-minute drive, with the exception of the beach at the port of Soller. I think you could invest a little in kitchen utensils and, if you want, you could modernize the decor of the house a little, for example, the sofa, which is in poor condition. It might also be important to invest in curtains that completely block out light in the bedrooms since when the day dawns, the light immediately enters. I also think it would be nice to leave, for example, toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish scrubber, paper towels, charcoal for the barbecue — small things that would save guests from having to go to the supermarket as soon as they arrive, that have a symbolic value I think and that can often even be left behind by previous guests (this is just a suggestion).
