Friendly
The toilet seat was shaky; a fragile elderly person could easily fall off. The cold water in the sink had been turned off. It was an easy fix, but guests should not have to figure out plumbing problems.

There was no breakfast it was cereal you had to wait for the milk the breakfast was the biggest down point of the whole place

The office was very friendly
We got there at 5:30 room wasn't finished and it took the air conditioning until 4 am to cool enough for a sheet over you
