The house was clean, property was huge, the inside of the house was bigger than expected. The owners answered every question and were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Me & my family were not impressed with our stay at this rental. Here are some of the issues we had:1) the floors were filthy & had not been swept or mopped. I swept the whole house with the broom & dustpan that was there. I bought cleaner & a mop & cleaned myself 2) The front yard was bad. The grass has not been cut & the roof was covered in leaves which was very noticeable as soon as we drove up3) it was a Mosquito fest from the unkept yard & weeds all over the walkway. There is Poison oak & briars in all flower beds. There is mold on the front & back porch & all over the concrete out back where the sitting area, walkway & grilling area is. There are limbs that have fell from trees in the back yard that are just laying there on the concrete. There are leaves everywhere starting as soon as u walk out the back door. We tried to use the blower that was there but there was no battery for the blower so we couldn't sit outside or do any kind of grilling. Hedgebushes were over run with weeds & Poison oak as well.4) The dryer would not dry our clothes properly. 5) There is paint splatter on all bedroom doors I didnt take pics of everything but I'm happy to send the ones that I did take. We did end up staying an additional night but that was only because it would have been a lot of trouble to find another place to stay for that 1 extra night. We would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.
