The house was cute and in a good quiet location. Price was awesome for a 3 night stay for a 3 bedroom. You can tell they are working on the upgrades by having great quality appliances, and some new modern light fixtures. The owner was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in early. You can also tell they care about the visual aspect of the home.
The AC was not working properly through our stay. It was set to 74 but it never went below 83 in the home and reached 90 at one point. Which, yes I understand that it was 100 degrees out but sadly after being at the beach for a few hours Saturday, and returning where there was no AC, I had extreme heat exhaustion during the early evening hours (approximately 2-3 hours after getting back) and almost had to be taken to the ER because of how severe it was. Luckily a cold shower, cold rags, and frozen water bottles helped cool my body down enough to where it passed. The floor also needed a good mop, our feet were black the first night stay.
