Location was great. Host was very nice and friendly.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and well run family business. Close to Piazza de San Marco and all the other attractions, as well as the boat services. Room was also warm and cosy.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Toilet brush was rather flimsy and had to be adjusted and tightened. Apart from those minor things, no other issues.

helpful and pleasant staff, gave recommendations for everything. good location, close to everything
very bad beds, springs hurt our backs, we were left without sleep. Strong and bad smell in the toilet. There is also little light in the bathroom.
