About this apartment rental
This duplex has on the ground floor two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with central air conditioning. In one room there is a double bed and in the other two single beds.
Both bathrooms have shower panels.
The second floor has a living room with a day bed, two armchairs, a table with five chairs, a TV, a DVD player, movies and CDs.
There is also the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc ...
Finally you have the terrace with a table, four chairs and an umbrella, has a tap for irrigation and refreshment.
Both floors have separate entrances from the common area with keys.
Ideal for parties such as Easter where you can see the steps very close to the apartment, since it is in the itinerary of the main brotherhoods.
Perfect location for Feria, for those who come to see the bullfights, since it is a few meters from the Plaza de la Maestranza.
The Feria de Abril is 20 minutes away.

La casa di thomas é molto accogliente ,(una bella scala divide zona giorno e zona notte come come descritto)il terrazzino dove si possono consumare i pasti é delizioso.. 2 bagni completi,zona di siviglia tranquilla a due passi dal Centro, Siviglia si gira a piedi senza problemi. Thomas si é dimostrato un uttimo padrone di casa , disponibile per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Un appartamento che consiglio vivamente.

We had a lovely stay in Tomas's apartment, the April weather perfect for exploring by bike and foot. The apartment had all you needed, and the private terrace perfect to relax in after a day's walking.
Being able to contact Tomas quickly and easily put our mind at ease, and he gave us plenty of local information.
There are quite few stairs between the living area and the bedrooms which will keep you fit, but you are made aware of this in the details.
The apartment is at the back of the building so very quiet.
