BEACHHAVEN at PRINCE'S GRANT GOLF ESTATE
Three-bedroom house with private splash pool, ocean views, air-con and WIFI at Prince's Grant, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Located on tranquil and secure golf estate with beach, wildlife, sports facilities, bar & restaurant.
Beachhaven is located on one of South Africa's premier golf estates, Prince's Grant. This secure estate is located on the Dolphin coast overlooking the Indian Ocean just 50 minutes north of Durban.
(Please note: The house is located on a sand dune - cell phone access is poor. Please use WhatsApp and other voice-over IP services or receive incoming calls via house landline. Internet is reliable, unlimited 10MB. Does not reach primary bedroom.)
A three bedroom house, with sparkling ocean views from almost every room, it comfortably accommodates 6 people and also has a travel cot and air mattress for an extra infant or child.
Located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road, the house is steps away from miles of unspoiled beaches.
The House
Bedrooms: 3 sea view bedrooms (2 rooms with queen size beds, 1 room with 2 single beds). All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Quality white linen and towels provided. Just bring beach towels. Cot and air mattress available for extra child.
Bathrooms:
Master bedroom is en suite with walk-in shower.
Family bathroom with walk-in shower and large bath with sea views. Third guest washroom and toilet is located off living area level.
Living Area: The open plan L-shape kitchen, dining and lounge area with stunning sea views is located on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, 320 litre fridge and separate 125 litre chest freezer, electric hob and oven. TV with Compact DSTV is provided along with a large DVD library. Ceiling fans are rarely needed - let the ocean breeze take over by opening the front and back sliding doors.
Snooker Hall: Covered snooker/pool table, cues and balls available on ground floor.
Outdoor Terrace: Private pool. Six seater-table and chairs for outdoor dining. Weber charcoal braai provided. Lights in surrounding natural bush for evenings on the terrace. Pool loungers x 2.
Safe: for cash, passports, iPads and small valuables available.
Deck: Extra deck in garden with spectacular views over the house to Indian Ocean.
Garages: 2 covered car ports and 1 garage.
Housekeeping: Included on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and departure days. The house can be serviced extra days through our housekeeper at a small local cost.

Nach langer Fahrt erreichten wir dieses wunderschöne Haus. Die Golf-Anlage war ruhig und es gab keine Hektik. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir in kürzester Zeit Shopping-center und andere Strände sowie Restaurants erreichen. Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Danke nochmals. Liebe Grüsse Monika

Nach langer Fahrt erreichten wir das grosse wunderschöne Haus. Innerhalb der Golf-Anlage war es erholsam ruhig, keine Hektik. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir auch in kürzester Zeit Shoppingcenter und andere Strände sowie Restaurants erreichen. Alles in Allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Poolbillardtisch im EG gute Idee. Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer, Wale und Delfine können vom Balkon aus gesehen werden. Zum traumhaften Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos und gut organisiert. Leider funktionierte in einem Schlafzimmer der heater nicht und konnte während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Tage) nicht repariert werden.

My wife and I and another couple had a wonderful stay at Beachhaven at Prince's Grant! The property was nice, comfortable and clean. Well laid out for a beach vacation. The grounds are well kept. The bar and restaurant at Prince's Grant were convenient with good food and service. The beach is spectacular! We have stayed together in other properties, but overall, this was our favorite in the Durban area so far
