Przede wszystkim bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, ktory w przemiły sposób udzielił nam wszysykich potrzebnych informacji, jak rownież wskazówek odnosnie ciekawych miejsc w samym Poznaniu. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone z dwoma rozkładanymi dużymi łóżkami, jednymi z wygodnieszych, z którymi miałem do czynienia. Pokoj stosunkowo nieduży, ale bardzo ergonomiczny i ustawny. Duży plus za spory stół z czterema wygodnymi krzesłami

Location, security.

Yet another place advertised as soundproof, but it's not. PLEASE, four walls and a door is NOT soundproof. In case you ask, there's an ongoing renovation in front of the room, and I could hear EVERYTHING: drilling, hammering, and even the jokes contractors were telling to each other during their extensive breaks. And that's because there are no double windows nor similar feature.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old square and easy to get around to restaurants, bars and other things to do. The owners were also really nice, we had issues entering the WiFi password when we arrived and had messaged customer service. The customer service responded shortly afterwards to let us know the owners would be coming by to see us.

There were only sofa beds, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. We would recommend you get an actual bed for future visitors so they sleep better.

Very responsive owner providing actively information about the apartment location and surrounding attractions.

Very noisy. The apartment underground entry directly under the windows. Noises from other apartments heard, especially at night. The same about the smell of cooking from other apartments. No option to close windows as air conditioning not available. Many other apartments in the block rented out randomly with people organising parties till morning. In addition, planes coming down to the nearby airport frequently. Towels provided extremely used up. My daughter almost hurt herself while doing a supper due to unstable kitchen worktop which literally fall into pieces :( Only afterwards we realised that it was connected to the test of the kitchen with very short screws and kept stable thanks to a fork stuck beneath!
