The location, easy check in, detailed pre check in information, price and the terrace (although the fake green grass was not so nice).
The fixtures (towel hanging hooks & toilet roll dispenser) were lose, the washing machine’s usage time was very limited, the sink plug didn’t allow one to fill the sink with water to wash dishes, the terraces ugly, green fake grass was wet, bathroom towels were not very big and the fitted bedsheets kept sliding off because of the mattress protection sheet.

great location and central to everywhere. very safe
unable to use outside area as artificial grass on patio soaked up water like a sponge, so it was always wet.
