The staff are wonderful and cooperative , they let me check in early and are very helpful and smiling .

The location is 5 min walking to Al Haram .
The room is clean .
I recommend Manazel Anya’s Hotel for any one wants to visit Makka and reach al Haram in a walkable distance. With low cost and clean hotel

The only thing is a slight hill climb, other than that the location, staff, cleanliness early check-in everything you can call off is happily managed at facility. Recommend for everyone except people older age due to hill climb.

Cleanness is average. Rooms are tight and some without windows in bathrooms (only fan), others without windows on external view.
Staff are very polite and very helpful.
The location is near the Haram (10 minutes' walk), but the trick is that the hotel is built on a steep highland, but golf car is available most of the time.
Wi-Fi is available, but speed is very low.
Free coffee, detox water and dates are available in the reception most of the time.
Comparing the price against value, I would consider staying there again next time I visit Makka.
