Their food for which they have a mini restaurant inside the hotel.... I ordered the beef burger... It was not good....other than this everything was good...outside window view wasn't good it was a dumpster....

Bathroom little not perfect

The only thing I really liked about this hotel was the location. This was our second time staying here, but unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. First, I made a mistake with my booking and simply needed to add one extra night. I asked for help, but nobody was willing to assist me. The online customer service was extremely disappointing and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The bathroom also needs to be renovated. It was very uncomfortable and definitely needs improvement. The cart service was another major issue, especially considering how hot it was. We sometimes waited 10–15 minutes or even longer for a cart, and nobody came. At the same time, we saw guests from the hotels next door being taken down several times, while the carts from our hotel could barely make one trip. The hotel is not far away, but there is a steep hill that my mother was unable to walk up. There was one staff member, a Pakistani guy, who was particularly helpful. He was actually the one who would consistently make the trips up and down with the cart. Overall, this stay was not a good experience. The customer service, cleanliness, bathroom, and cart service all need significant improvement. We stayed for seven days and paid a substantial amount of money, so we expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed.
