Comfortable, welcoming hotel in the heart of this pleasant seaside town. Room, bathroom and public areas were spotlessly clean. Decor a tad dated but added to the traditional ambience.
My wife with her recent replacement knee would have liked a lift (elevator) - but managed well enough without one. Don't know if it actually had a bar - if so, it wasn't very prominent.

Hotel was in a great location. Stones throw from the harbour and beach. Shops and restaurants all around.
Staff weren’t always on the front desk when needed.

Location was great and staff were very friendly. Air con was good and hotel had character. Room was very quiet.
Room was very basic and beds were not very comfortable.
