Ruhiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit 80´er-Flair. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Wirtin mit der Einladung, dass wir uns am Getränkekühlschrank bedienen dürfen (Vertrauenskasse). Hatten Abends den urgemütlichen Gastraum für uns und haben uns gefühlt wie auf einer Berghütte. Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig und wir durften uns für 5 Euro ein Lunchpaket für unsere Wanderung richten. Es war die perfekte Basisstation für unser Wanderwochenende. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Die Pension liegt mitten im Grünen wunderschön! Die Familie ist super nett und man fühlt sich sofort wie daheim! Wer einen Luxusurlaub machen will ist hier an der falschen Adresse, aber wer die Ruhe sucht und keinen großartigen Komfort will, aber Sauberkeit schätzt, der ist hier absolut richtig! Und man sollte mobil sein, da es keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt.

Während der Hitzewelle Ende Juni war es dort in 1000 m Höhe vor allem nachts angenehm kühl. Man braucht keine Klimaanlage. Die Lage im Hochschwarzwald ist perfekt für Wanderungen in der Wutachschlucht oder am Schluchsee. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll angerichtet, sehr freundliche Eigentümer.
