Elegant hotel with pool, sauna and friendly staff.

The Hotel is elegant and is located in a quiet but central location. Nearby are several Tavernas and shops. Parking is free and access to the pool and sauna is included in the price. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We could only stay a single night.

Perfect if you get what you thought you booked

The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the cleanliness. Spa was a wonderful experience, as it is booked by appointment and guests can enjoy the pool and sauna privately. Breakfast was satisfactory in variety and quality.

We were disappointed with the fact we did not get the room depicted in the photos listed under "superior double". The room we got was similar but did not meet our expectations (balcony door instead of balcony door and large window, bed without bedposts and curtains, shower cabin instead of bathtub, no armchair). In addition, the view was questionable and there was constant buzzing noise heard at night because of sizable heating units located at the parking lot right across. Most of all we were surprised with the response of management when we tried to voice our complaint. The first response by reception was to pay for an upgrade to suite which we refused. The next morning the manager was not willing to hear us out and immediately disregarded our complaint, claiming our room was "a superior double with wonderful view" and that the hotel was full and he could not get the other guests out of the room depicted on the photos (we never asked for that obviously). He then proceeded to give us advice: next time when we book we should request the room depicted in photos. In all, the particular manager was superficially polite but the tone and demeanor was disrespectful towards us.

Great location at the City Center but at a calm street. Free parking available. Great breakfast with greek products. Some rooms have view to Olympus mountain and the sea! Friendly staff.

It’s an old hotel. Rooms need a maintenance. Same for the water system. Our bathroom had water overflowing every day.

A well established Bed and Breakfast Hotel at Litohoro offering very heartsome breakfast options, big rooms, nice views overlooking the mountain and the wider basin, overlooking the coast... Sound insulation was sufficient. Staff was very helpful.

I really liked the location. The hotel was pleasantly quiet, and the staff were very polite.

I think the cleaning could be improved, and more attention to detail would make a big difference. For example, outside my room there was a curtain hiding some things behind it, but it was so long that you had to step on it. The carpet in the hallways was also very dirty, and it made moving luggage difficult as the wheels would not roll smoothly.

great place to stay in Litochoro

spent a couple of days here, staff was helpful in making a car to my rental car company because of a flat tire, the room was decent size, clean and comfortable, really liked the breakfast that was included, they had a good spread of hot and cold items, although small, there was dedicated parking for hotel guests, it's about a 5 min walk to the main part of town with lots of options for food and ice cream

Very relaxing hotel with amazing views and staff

Lovely accommodating staff, every single one was so nice! a lovely woman even showed me how to make Greek coffee in the morning at breakfast, which had a great spread of options, and that it can be read when finished. The spa was amazing and the fact you got it to yourself was very relaxing, especially as a female alone. I only stayed one night on a whim but very happy I did.

The chlorine was a tiny bit strong in the pool, I still used it but my eyes did sting a little and for a little while after but at least you know it’s clean! And the family booked into the spa after me came in a little early but said it was too strong chlorine so they said I could use their time slot too, so it worked out in the end.

Nice stay at Litochoro

Great location in the heart of Litochoro, friendly staff, nice spacious, comfortable, quiet room with a balcony and a gorgeous view to Mount Olympus. The AC worked nicely and was not noisy (very important). Great breakfast with lots of tasty options, excellent Greek yogurt, fantastic honey, fruits, cheese, loved it. The only thing I didn´t like was the bread, which was really hard. But with all the other options it didn´t matter.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved. When I arrived, there was hair in the bathroom floor, a cut nail on the room floor... amongst other things.

Nice friendly hotel - slightly faded

Deluxe room was lovely though the bathroom could do with updating, free parking with the help of hotel staff to juggle cars around. Nice little balcony and reasonably priced minibar.

kind of a weird smell in the room and bathroom was musty because of no windows. we weren’t able to control the ac so the room got hot so we had to leave the balcony doors open pretty much the whole time.
