A GEM OF A FIND IN LITOCHORO

My partner and I absolutely loved this Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in low Season on the 11th and 12th of September, and there was plenty of parking in the Park, under huge trees for shade, opposite the Hotel. We were so warmly greeted by the hostess and I am so sorry that I am unable to remember her name. We have never received such a friendly and warm greeting anywhere in Greece before! The lady is a credit to her employer... We were given a lovely room overlooking the pool with a balcony. There was water and various cool drinks in the Fridge, Fresh Fruit and even Liquer. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was a decent size. Everything worked. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and helpful. There is a little bar at the Pool area and sunloungers/umbrellas/chairs. The Greek breakfast is really special with a lot of homemade goodies. I've never seen so many baked goods available. Delicious! Nothing was too much trouble. It was very quiet during our stay. We walked about 8 mins. into the small town where there are a lot of Restaurants/Cafes/Bakeries. The food in this town is really good. There is a lot to do in the area and the Beach is a few mins. away by car. This Hotel far exceeded our expectations and we can highly recommend. What makes this Hotel special is the Staff...

We expected more...

The staff was very friendly, talkative and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible, there was a variety of fruits in the room. The pool was nice to have available to guests - unfortunately only with a lifeguard, and therefore for limited hours. Parking on the street, WiFi sufficient, walking distance to the center and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the equipment is outdated, the air conditioning is more noisy than effective and the bathroom is disgusting and dangerous in some ways. The hotel needs a complete revitalization. When you add to that the posters and warnings from the Covid-19 era that are still displayed... it seems like something is not moving in the right direction here.

It definitely was home away from home

The location, the staff and the comfort! Anastasia and the team were so welcoming and warm. It was bittersweet to say bye since I got so comfortable staying at Villa Drosos and the charming town of Litochoro. Anastasia was kind enough to suggest both the beaches to go to and a custom hiking plan for me. If you are in Litochoro, definitely stay here, it'll definitely make your holiday!

Location is perfect because it's close to Litochoro central road with cafes and restaurants, as well as to the beach (12 mins by car) and the hiking trail (10 mins by car)

Large room, parking possibility along the street felt safe.

The internet connection is very unreliable. It often failed to connect and was ridiculously slow. I went to the next gyros stall to get better and way faster internet. They couldn't even process my payment because they couldn't connect themselves. This is really just a no-go. The pool had such weird opening ours that is was practically of no use. I had breakfast twice and they said they start the service at 8.00am. Both times they were only ready at 8.10am and both times people were waiting impatiently. I mean, how hard can it be to stick to your own timetable as a service provider? The shower had no hot water the first morning at all. Further, you could hear every word that was spoken in neighboring rooms. Considering all this, it was just way too expensive.

Quiet place, good room, with a balcony. Breakfast was top, several home made or local products, even outside the main season. Quiet location, easy to reach (you don't get lost in the narrow streets of the old city). Good place to start from when planning a trek in the mountains.

Mount Olympus retreat!

We were a party of 6. The hotel was in a great location for our hiking of Mount Olympus. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel the 2 days/nights of our stay. The Rooms and food were excellent and Paris and Sofia who looked after us during our stay couldn’t have done more for us.

Wonderful hotel with a great team!

We have never experienced this level of customer service before! Paris and the team made us feel welcome and comfortable. Paris took the time to explain the surroundings of Mount Olympus to us. He let us take his maps and booklets on our trip, which was really great because without them we would not have found the beautiful Enipeas waterfalls. They prepared for us a delicious take-away breakfast/lunch pack to take on our hike and even offered to let us shower afterwards even though we have officially checked out by then. The hotel has a swimming pool and is located next to a quite park with a beautiful church. It is a 5 minute walk to the main street where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. Paris and the team, thank you again! We wish you all the best for the future and we will be staying with you again when we come to climb Mount Olympus properly.

Une équipe au service du client (bienveillant, disponible, gentillesse, toujours un petit mot pour prendre soin de ses clients). Chambre pas très grande mais confortable et propre. Des petits déjeuners vraiment extraordinaire, avec des gâteaux maisons tous trop bon La piscine est agréable après des promenades sur le mont Olympe. L'hôtel est proche du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.

De locatie is perfect omdat je de auto makkelijk kwijt kunt en je te voet het centrum, maar ook de kloof kunt bezoeken. De gastvrouw doet alles om het verblijf perfect te laten verlopen. Ze geeft tips en biedt tijdens het ontbijt eigen regionale producten aan. Ze geeft open tekst en uitleg over haar ontwikkelingen van het hotel de afgelopen jaren.

Eigenlijk niets. Mogelijk klein verbeterpunt, ik zou andere badslippers aanbieden in vergelijking met andere hotels

Parfait

S'il était possible de mettre 11/10 nous l'aurions fais. La villa et surtout son personnel avec Anastasia et ses collègues sont adorables. Nous avons apprécié les attentions tout au long du séjour que ce soit le jus de cerise à l'arrivée, le petit mot dans la chambre et l'eau lors de notre départ, et même plus. Elle nous avait préparé un package information avec les randonnées et cascades alentours. La piscine est hyper agréable l'après midi après une bonne marche dans l'Olympe. Facile de se garer à côté à l'ombre des pins dans le parc de l'église, et même pas 400m de la rue principale et des restau. Cerise sur le gâteau : un magnifique buffet déjeuner avec plusieurs spécialités grecques de tartes et nombreux gâteaux faits maison. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec frigo, balcon, étendage. Bref rien à redire, juste à réserver et y aller!
